How PT Works With Me

Training with me isn’t just about turning up to a session and sweating.

It’s a structured journey built around three phases.

​

Phase One: The Foundation Block

We’ll assess your current strength, endurance, nutrition habits and mindset. This gives us the baseline to build from and ensures we’re working smart, not just hard.

Phase Two: Building Blocks

We’ll take what we learned in phase one and create a bespoke plan tailored to your goals. Together, we’ll strengthen weak areas, push your strengths further, and embed nutrition and lifestyle habits that keep you moving forward.

 

Phase Three: Transformation Zone

This is where the details matter. Fine-tuning training, nutrition, and recovery strategies to maximise results. At this point, you’ll see and feel the changes we’ve been working towards.
