You’ll kick off with three 15-minute bodyweight circuit workouts per week, designed to get your heart rate up, boost endurance, and start burning fat quickly. Each workout uses nothing but your own bodyweight, making it easy to train anywhere, anytime. These fast-paced sessions are short but powerful, helping you build consistency and momentum without overwhelming your schedule.

As you progress, you’ll unlock a brand-new set of 15-minute workouts to keep things fresh and challenging. The focus here is on increasing intensity and movement variety, so you continue to build strength, burn fat, and improve fitness levels in just a fraction of the time it would take in the gym. Every session is carefully designed to push you just enough, showing that big results can come from small, consistent efforts.
