PHASE ONE

PHASE TWO

ENDURANCE - This phase builds your stamina and conditions your muscles to handle higher training volumes. By working with lighter weights and higher repetitions, your body learns to sustain effort for longer, which rapidly improves cardiovascular efficiency and calorie burn. It’s the perfect starting point to ignite fat loss while creating the foundation for more intense training ahead.

HYPERTROPHY - Here the focus shifts to muscle growth, using moderate to heavy weights with controlled rep ranges. Hypertrophy training stimulates lean muscle development, which is instrumental in increasing your metabolic rate – the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn, even at rest. This is where your body starts to shape, tighten, and reveal the definition you’re chasing.

PHASE THREE

STRENGTH - The final phase pushes you to lift heavier and focus on raw strength. This not only builds power but also refines and hardens the muscle you’ve developed, giving you that defined, sculpted look. Training for strength maximises fat burning through intense effort while reinforcing long-term muscle tone and performance, leaving you leaner, stronger, and more confident.
